I am not very good at keeping up with this blog thing! Maybe I should invest some time into it though rather than facebook. Most of the time I don't get on the computer if Abigail is awake! She is a computer destructor!
Life recently has been pretty normal. We have had a fun fall so far! Abby was a ladybug for Halloween! We didn't do much trick-or-treating due to the fact Brent and I were really sick. The houses we did go to Abigail had fun! She would tell them "ween" for Happy Halloween! Holidays are so much more fun the older she gets. She is also getting to be a little copy cat. It is fun to watch her learn and grow. We truly have been blessed with an amazing, little girl (who is full of attitude). Brent likes to say she is like her Mommy! With some things I can't disagree!
On another note...Halloween Day we were both sick and Abby decides she wants to start peeing in the potty. She did it three times all by herself. It's a hit and miss thing. Sometimes she is super interest and other times she could care less. We are going to have to hit potty training hard (it sure seems like she is ready). I can't complain...it would be nice not having two kids in diapers!

Starting a New Year Already!
I always forget about our family blog, so I decided to update! Everything is going so wonderfully. Abigail is 10 months... almost a year! She is such a joy and a fireball. I can't believe how much they change in the first year of their life. They go from being so dependent and gain quite a bit of independence. Abby is on her way to walking (the most she has taken is 5-6 steps), she has 8 teeth, and is a jabber jaws (most of it is still not discernible). She loves her mama, but loves playing rough with her daddy. I think her daddy will always be the apple of her eye! She always looks to make sure he is paying attention to what she is doing.
Brent and I are doing well. Brent enjoys his surface position in the crusher. He does get bored at times when he is running the board (the computers). I still love being at home with our honey bee! I do enjoy subbing also. It is nice to get out every once in a while and socialize with people from school. When I sub I definitely miss teaching. Not necessarily the grading and meetings, but the CHILDREN! They truly amaze me and crack me up! My home gets to be my classroom for a while. I am excited for all the learning to take place:) I have recently started playing Bunco. It is so much fun. Mostly because of the ladies I play with...every bunco night is a crazy night!
I hope everyone who reads this is doing well! We think of our family and friends often. We love you all!

Life
Things have changed so much since little Abby has come into our lives. It has been a big blessing. We love her very much! I get to go back to work on Monday and am very nervous about it. I hope I can get her ready on time and make it through the day...plus I have to start lesson planning again..oh to find time to do it all. I give a major high five to all the working moms out there. They are amazing ladies who must have a ton of talent.
Abby is doing great. She is definately getting fat...which I love to see. She was so small after she was born. We can't believe she is six weeks old today! Such a big girl...and ever changing. I am excited to see how much she weighs in two weeks and how tall she is.
All in all we are happy and the Mulvey household is thriving!
